Tis the Season

Once again the season of whining is upon us.  That wonderful time of year when the atheists feel the need to force their morality on the entire nation.  By suing every city, town or village board if there is even a hint of a mention of Jesus Christ at Christmas.  It has gotten to be so bad that I have a couple of ideas on how to make them stop whining and stop winning.  It is usually just the threat of legal action against a city that puts fear into the legislators and they remove all signs of Christmas on public lands.

So, how do we fight this, and why have we continued to allow our religious liberties to be incrementally taken away from us?  Here are a couple of ways to fight back.

The next time someone says you cannot say "Merry Christmas," just show them a copy of the Constitution, pointing them to the 1st Amendment, remind them just where you get your right to say "Merry Christmas!"  Then hand them the Constitution, and ask them to find where it says they have a right to NOT be offended. Give them lots of time. Point out again the 1st Amendment and your right to wish them a "Merry Christmas!"  When they give up, simply remind them that they have the right to not accept the greeting, but you still have the right to give it.

They can act all high and mighty, but no where does the Constitution give anyone the right to NOT be offended.  If they wish to have their religious (or non-religious) beliefs upheld, then they cannot restrict anyone's rights. They always complain that the public parks cannot be used by Christians to display creches (or any depiction of the birth of Jesus), and yet they seem to forget that Christians also pay taxes.  And with the payment of taxes comes equal access for all.  If they want to restrict our access, then they must also accept their own access be restricted. It is only fair that everyone be treated equally when it comes to access to public property.

No more Halloween displays, no more solstice displays, no more celebratory displays of any kind at any time of the year. While they feel it is perfectly acceptable to accept the Christians money in taxes, they have to realize it not acceptable to restrict their use of the facilities that everyone's taxes contribute to.  The whole idea that somehow certain populations/ethnic groups/religious sects do not contribute to the public sector is ridiculous.  Obama made famous, " If you’ve got a business -- you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen... Somebody invested in roads and bridges." Well guess what the Christians invested just as much as the arrogant atheists did. So why do they get the idea that we are not allowed to use them the same as everyone else?

The atheists are also very fond of claiming that this country was NOT built on Christian principles,  but if that is the case, then how do atheist explain the engravings on all the monuments around the country.  Please explain to me, how did so many of our buildings in Washington DC get bible verses etched into them? How did  the Ten Commandments get immortalized on the granite face of the Supreme Court? How did the motto "In God we Trust" get engraved in our coinage and paper money? How did this happen? Did these words just appear out of thin air? Was it magic? Did some rogue criminal element tag all the monuments with Bible references without governmental authority? I am totally baffled how all the biblical references could have been immortalized in a "non-Christian" nation.

It doesn't matter whether a smaller percentage of the population is Christian or not, we still outnumber the atheists, so why do we let them get away with this?  Their unbelief does NOT invalidate our beliefs.  Their lack of faith does NOT negate my faith.  They do NOT have the high moral ground by denying all morality. It is about time we let them know, that if they continue to restrict our access to our 1st Amendment freedom, then their access must be equally restricted. The street goes both directions, and yes, as a matter of fact, concerning the roads, WE DID BUILD THAT!

Teachers unions: the new plantation owners

About 200 years ago, it was against the law to teach blacks how to read or write. White racists and plantation owners wanted their slaves to remain ignorant so the slaves could be controlled.  So the racist slave owners sought legal recourse to ensure black slaves could not be educated. Jump ahead 150 years to modern times, and the new plantations have once again refused to teach the blacks.  I find it appalling that the teachers unions have taken it upon themselves to ensure that black students are "dumbed down". How do they do it, after all we educate everyone in our public school system. We pay an exorbitant amount of taxpayer money to educate all children. So why do the illiteracy rates keep climbing? Why does the ignorance of history, geography, mathematics, science, civics and even current events keep getting deeper.

I am tired of the old haggard argument that it is because of the horrible home life students have, and they cannot be motivated to learn.   What a load of horse manure you are handing out.  During the worst oppression to them, black people were motivated to learn, to be informed, to be empowered.  Why is it that they could be motivated to learn while they were being threatened with physical harm (they were beaten if found reading), but today they do not even want to learn?  I am pretty sure the lack of motivation is not coming from the homes.  I know a lot of black people, and they want a better life for their kids, they want them to be educated, and many are trying desperately to find solutions to the public schools seeming lack of incentive to educate them.

Some of the worst educated people are coming out of the inner city public school systems.  When we send our kids to these schools, we are basically handing them over to a union-controlled plantation, where they are strapped to desks for days on end and forced to work, but are never actually educated.   As long as the unions keep ensuring the teachers are encouraged to spread mediocrity, there will continue to be no education in our education system.  How in the world can you expect kids to learn when you provide no incentive to them?

Now, I am not saying we should start whipping kids for reading to motivate them to learn, but lets at least allow them the opportunity to increase their desire to learn.  The current schools provide an atmosphere of discouraging excellence; do not do more than required, you will not be rewarded. And they spend minimal time on actually teaching the basics, all their time in the class room is mandated by the useless Federal Department of Education, with non-education, agenda-driven fluff: sex education, sensitivity training, self-actualization, socialistic indoctrination, self-esteem, and anti-American propaganda. All this creates in our kids the idea that they are owed something from the world, and they don't need to actually accomplish anything on their own to earn it.  And if by chance a child wants to do better than everyone else, they are provided negative reinforcement until they get over that desire.

Trust the schools?  I think not.  Trust the unions? Never. Trust the government? Puh-lease! For all three of these entities, the goal is to NOT educate the children, instead the goal is to keep them uneducated and slaves to the government.  The system has only gotten worse since the progressives have gotten control over it, and the people putting the underclass in chains is in reality the educators, who offer a free-of-charge system that doesn't educate anyone.

Dictatorship comes to America

When Barack Obama stole the election on November 6th 2012, America lost more than just the White House.  We actually lost everything else.

Bear with me as I walk through an elementary civic lesson. The leader of the country, the president, is charged with enforcing the laws that are written by the legislature. The Supreme Court is charged with reviewing the laws to ensure they are not violating the supreme law of the the land, the US Constitution. Over the past 4 years we have seen Barack Obama, as president, refuse to enforce laws he is charged with enforcing (i.e. patrolling the Mexican border).  And when the governor of AZ takes on the task the Obama administration refused to do, they are sued by the Justice Department. And when the Affordable Care Act was declared unconstitutional by a federal district court judge, Barack Obama ignored the ruling and continued with the implementation.

And now the icing on the cake has been done. Barack Obama has, through fraud and intimidation, stolen the presidential election.  He has just declared to the nations of the world, that there is no longer any rule of law in America.  When the ruler charged with enforcing the law, breaks the very laws he is supposed to be enforcing, then the whole of the law is undone.  There is no longer any laws, only the will and whim of Barack Obama.  He cannot be held to account by any laws, because he simply refuses to follow any law.

Impeachment is being bandied about, but with what Obama has done, this is a laughable idea. If there is no law, if the president does not recognize the law, then any law that the Legislature may pass does not have any force of law behind it because the agency designated to enforce the law will not enforce the very law it is supposed to enforce. After all is said and done, Barack Obama is now the dictator that he has always wanted to be.

There is no system to work within any longer,  there is no power in any of the other two branches of the federal government. There is only the tyranny of the presidency.  Our only hope to save the nation is to revolt against the federal government, or rather the despotism of the president.  Anyone who claims that we need to take secession off the table is playing into the hands of the imperial presidency. There is no power in working through the system, when the president refuses to follow those same laws.

We the people have only one option left on the table, I know it is not popular,  and I have heard the whole, "a house divided cannot stand," argument. But as most of you realize, there comes a day when the Declaration of Independence makes it obvious that there is no other choice than to stand up to the bully and declare our independence from his tyranny. 

A letter to Governor Walker

I am once more writing to you in the hopes of reaching through the noise you hear constantly from the liberal left who never ceases to command yours and everyone's attention around them.  The Affordable Care Act is anything but affordable, and does not guarantee care to anyone, in fact it takes care away from many, while promising to insure others.  I feel the need to contact you because I have seen reports that you may be wavering in your resolve to prevent Wisconsin from participating in the horrors that ACA will bring to the great people of our nation, and to Wisconsin if you concede.  This nightmare legislation was forced upon our population by a deaf and uncaring group of men and women whose only desire is to subjugate those people they portend to represent.  Please continue to stand strong against the pressure of the left to further subjugate the men and women who can least afford it.  The ACA will not increase health care to those who currently are not receiving care, it only ensures that health insurance is forced on all, even those who can least afford it, namely the minimum wage earning family that will be forced into purchasing expensive coverage or pay a fine, neither of which they can afford.  It will also mean that many minimum wage earners will lose their jobs or have their hours cut due to the excessive expense to their employers, and the risk to inflation, which will make it even more unaffordable.  In essence, the Affordable Care Act, only increases costs and decreases care.

Please again I would ask that you stand strong in the upcoming battle of the federal government's  bullying the sovereign states into following its mandate.  Even the Supreme Court declared that the federal government cannot bribe the states to participate.  I know it will mean turning down an obscene amount of federal aid, but in order to maintain the sovereignty of the great state of Wisconsin, I urge you to turn down the setting up of exchanges in Wisconsin and ask the legislature to continue to find alternative methods of caring for the health care needs of the poor here in our state (notice I said methods of caring, not methods of insuring).  Because forcing people to get health insurance does not mean they will have access to health care.  Already many physicians have said they will not be able to afford caring for their patients if the rates of reimbursement drop down, as they must, under Obama care.  Having many more people insured, and less physicians to care for them is not providing health care.  And that is what is at the core of Obama's Affordable Care Act.

What is really going on with Lance Armstrong

I know the whole long sordid story. But it is what is going on between the lines of the story that may be more telling than the details.

Lance Armstrong overcame testicular cancer and was an elite athlete for over a decade. The media built him up over time, making him into an American hero. Companies all over the world jumped onto the Lance Armstrong bandwagon, wanting his face on their products. His face was know all over the world, not just here in America, he was a universal icon.

So what happened?  The very same thing that has been happening to many celebrities for many many decades. It happened with Tiger Woods, and Michael Phelps as well. The media loves to build up an athlete and then drag them down through the mud and dirty up their reputations and ruin their names.  We cannot just allow the athletes to be human, we have to make them into super humans and then rejoice in tearing them down.

But it is not just about the athletes. This is just another of a long line of attacks against American Exceptional-ism that has climaxed with the Obama apology tour of the middle east.  It has become fashionable to bash Americans and tear them down.  The third world is lining up to take credit for the accomplishments of American pioneers and great thinkers.  I was appalled when Obama announced the new goal of NASA was to recognize the contributions of Muslims to the space program.  The way I see it, if Muslims had been as big of contributors to the sciences, we would not have to specially recognize them.  By doing so he was down playing the exceptional contributions of Americans of all other descents. Why not recognize the contributions of Native Americans? or Asian Americans? or maybe Christian or Jewish Americans?

America is exceptional, we have a political system that allows greatness to be manifest, whether that is through the hard work an athlete puts into his sport or for the scientists who put men on the moon. And now, whether Lance Armstrong is guilty or not of the steroidal doping he is accused of, another example of what is good about America is being ripped from our hands and our hearts, incrementally.

This has more to do with defeating American Exceptional-ism than it does with Lance Armstrong and the Tour-de-France titles that he has been stripped of.

Voices without a vote

This is who will win or lose by our actions, they have a right to be heard.

We, in America, have redefined greed and charity, envy and covetousness. I for one do not understand how a man who gave a large percentage of his income to charity can be called greedy, and a man who steals from the general treasury to pay for his lavish lifestyle is called generous.
How much of the money that the president has wasted on vacations and golf could have been better spend on AIDS research, or Juvenile Diabetes or even for food stamps? The whole world has been turned upside down and anyone who can put two thoughts together needs to put a couple of thoughts together before they fall for the lies being told by our president.
I personally would rather see a leader who know what real charity is; income redistribution is not charity, it bastardizes the system by giving a false sense of charity for paying your taxes and removes the responsibility of the individual to care for those less fortunate.
I do not see progressives giving more money directly to charity, all they demand is more taxes. Charity starts when you open your own wallet and give, whether that be: of your money or your time or your compassion or your empathy or whatever you have. And that means that NO ONE is off the hook, these days only those with money, A.K.A "the rich," are expected to contribute to charity, the poor get a pass; but the poor can give just as much as the rich, only in other ways like time and energy.
For this reason, the current idea of taxing the rich to pay for the underclass will never work, because it removes the responsibility of each human to take care of his brother. And yet, being conservative I am called the greedy one and the compassionate liberal who refuses to give anything other than tax money is called generous.
Charity starts at home, not in Washington D.C. We have been told the poor will be with us always, ever stop to think why. It is because charity is meant to be for both the giver and the receiver. You will never feel it if all you do is pay your taxes.

Where's my vote?

 I know, voter fraud is rare, but take a look at this.



To say that election fraud is rare is like a man standing under an apple tree, and seeing one apple on the ground, declares unequivocally that apples are rare. And that there is absolutely no need for baskets to collect them. Even after a crowd encourages him to look above his head, he refuses and continues to affirm that apples are rare. Not realizing that all he needs to do is look up and he will see the thousands of apples ready to be picked and preparing to fall.  All we need to do is stop denying the election fraud and it will become clear.

All these stories and witnesses have been ignored and denigrated, where is the rule of law in this country?  If you don't apply a standard equally, you don't have a standard.

We need American jobs

If only more people in DC would think like this, maybe we can begin cleaning up the mess the previous scoundrels made for us.

This is not about right or left, this is not about Democrat or Republican, this is about America. The TEA Party is about America!

Don't you find it ridiculous that it takes so many pages to define what a authorized borrower is? And that is only the tip of the iceberg. There are so many layers of regulation placed on our job creators, its no wonder they move over seas. In fact our jobs czar, Jeffrey Immelt has decided to move GE out of Wisconsin, and move to China.  And Obama accuses Romney of outsourcing.

Watch the speech again. That is what true bi-partisanship looks like.

With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its   history, I'd have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit..I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans."

    Information Act, the USAF released documents detailing House Speaker
    Pelosi's use of United States Air Force aircraft between March 2009
    and June 2010. The data are published in the Judicial Watch Verdict
    of December 2010, Volume 16, Issue 12.

    Here are the main highlights revealed by the USAF. Keep in mind that
    all the data below relate to United States Air Force aircraft used
    by one woman over a sixteen month period.

    Several of these flights included Ms. Pelosi's guests, such as grown
    children, grandchildren, various in-laws, friends and hangers-on.
    Over 95% of the trips were between the west coast and Washington ,
    DC , for what you might call a commute between home and the office.
    READ it and WEEP!!

    -Total trips: 85 over a 68 week period, or 1.25 average trips per week.
    -Total mileage: 206,264 miles, or 2,427 average miles per trip.
    -Total flying time: 428.6 hours, or an average of 5 hours per trip.
    -Cost to the taxpayers: *$2,100,744*, or $27,715 per trip, or
    $1,285,162 per year!
    -Cost of in flight food and alcohol: $101,429; $1,193 per trip;
    $62,051 per year.

    On one junket to Baghdad, according to the Air Force report, she had
    the aircraft bar stocked with Johnny Walker Red Scotch, Grey Goose
    Vodka, E&J Brandy, Bailey's Irish Cream, Maker's Mark Whiskey,
    Courvoisier Cognac, Bacardi Rum, Jim Beam Whiskey, Beefeater Gin,
    Dewar's Scotch, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Corona
    Beer and several varieties of wine. This was obviously a very
    important "gubment bidness" trip.

    Evidence generally speaks for itself, and in Ms. Pelosi's case it
    speaks the language of abuse and (evidently) a serious familial
    drinking problem, for in a single year she and her spawn drank an
    amount in excess of the net income of the average employed American!
    When she said, "... If the stimulus doesn't pass, five hundred
    million people might lose their jobs...", I thought she was
    unintentionally revealing her ignorance. I'm now more inclined to
    think she was pickled.

    Even though she can no longer abuse the USAF, she can either fly on
    her broom, or fly Southwest Airlines, where bags fly free.

    If you are an AMERICAN citizen it is YOUR DUTY to PASS THIS ON!!
    Because, you won't see this reported on MSNBC.

Defend the Constitution agains all enemies.

I really wish I had said this!  The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, and it is not up for debate. I will be a slave to no man, I am a free person and will fight with my dying breath to remain as such. The ignorant and cowering cannot be allowed to remove our basic human rights in the name of security.

A humble man makes the best leader

Are you ready for hormone hell?

I work in a pharmacy that compounds hormone replacements for men and women. In the course of my daily duties I enter patients into the computer system. Over the course of the last few weeks, I have entered quite a few new patients. Now, the influx of new patients is good for my company, but I question the value of this for the individuals and for the nation as a whole.

First of all are all the hormones good for individuals? There is a cycle of life, and hormones are the arbiter.  Hormone start to rise at puberty and continue for the rest of our lives, at differing levels, usually decreasing around the half century mark thus creating menopause in women, and lower sex drives in men.  We already know that hormones given to cows to produce more milk is having a non-beneficial impact on the population. But livestock are not the only hormone passers to human, it also passes from us humans into the water supply and the ground through urine and excrement. Not to mention the transfer of hormones from party to party, through touching and saliva. From birth control pills to HRT to Low-T and hair loss treatments, we are overdosing on hormones. And messing with the natural order of life by trying to avoid the ravages of old age.

Second, we are handing out hormones like they are candy to people of all ages for what any other generation would have considered a natural part of aging. Now we refuse to look or feel old and so we load up on hormones that should be allowed to taper down in our systems.  It may not be scientific, but I am convinced the early puberty of our young people is a natural progression of hormone overload in the population; not just from acquiring it from others, but just from the presence of it. If you are a woman, you know that when you work with a large number of women, eventually your cycles will coincide with each others, nobody knows why, maybe pheromones are being given off or something.
Anyhow, we give people hormones so they don't have to feel like they are getting old, but what happens when they take hormones into their 60's and 70's? There is a proven cancer link to elevated estrogen levels in women, so the FDA recommends the smallest dose for the shortest time possible. But try to take away an old ladies hormones, and they go postal. 

Thirdly, we are registering so many new patients because I believe it is politically motivated.  Think about it, with the advent of Obamacare, people think they will be getting free health care, so why not ensure that the hormones are covered now. This way when the hormones are no longer covered, riots and protests are assured.  What better way to flip the bird to responsibility than to take away something from the masses that was never really needed in the first place.  Get them all hopped up on their hormones and see what happens when we the people paying for "free" health care can no longer pay for them. Another way to make the producers in society feel guilty and the takers feel justified for their theft.

Now, of course, we have to take into account the fact that the baby-boomers are getting into the age where hormone replacement is the "in" thing.  It seems like everyone is claiming that their hot flashes and night sweats are "unbearable" and getting hormones to control them.  I think this is another aspect that we need to worry about, the whole "I don't think I should feel badly" meme. This has been perpetrated on us by a drug industry that has a feel good pill for just about every bad feeling. Do we really need to medicate ourselves to happiness, even when the pill/cream is hormonal in nature? What in the world is wrong with feeling the reality of aging? Why do we have to fight against it? Why do we always need to feel youthful and happy?

So we give the people their hormone replacement, or transplant, and have women in their 70's and 80's still not completely menopausal because that will make them feel old.  What does this say for our society? I do not think it bodes well for the future, what do you think will happen when the free health care people decide that aging is a condition that is simply too expensive to continue treating. This is where the "death panel" idea comes in. You laughed, but just wait, the ACA has language to set up a panel to decide who will get care and who will not get care. Some bureaucrat in DC gets to decide if you will get your hormones or not. And not far behind that is Logan's Run (a great movie, if you have never seen it you should).

Are you ready for that? Talk about a "war on women".

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

Okay, so maybe it is constitutional, but is it law? Judge for yourself.

Post Recall Thoughts

A few things to consider now that the will of the people has prevailed.

I know the lefties think they are speaking for the people, but the voters have now had their say, and have given the state a mandate. Despite your desperate screams, it is still OUR HOUSE! And this is exactly what Democracy looks like, the majority rules!  You basically got your wish, so please learn some restraint, it just so happens the majority believes differently than you.

1. Leftists love to demonize their opponent, calling them every name in the book. We are NOT demonic, we are just like you, trying to not run out of money before running out of month. We have taxes to pay, car payments, mortgage payments/rent,  and utilities payment. We are the middle class, and we are not dumb hicks or yokels, many of us have more education than the elite. For you to pretend that we are somehow too unsophisticated to understand how you think things should work is not making you look all that good anymore.
2.  We do NOT want "dirty air and dirty water", we are just as much concerned with the environment as you. We are more concerned with not allowing thousands of people to starve to death than about whether a moose might have to change his mating habits. We have different priorities, saving the world means taking care of our people, not worrying about whether the atmosphere will get heated up by 1 billionth of a degree by my light bulb.
3.  You do NOT care about the poor and down trodden any more than we do. Just do some research on who (conservative or progressive) gives more charitable donations before you try to brow beat us with your compassion (or something). I also do NOT understand why it is acceptable to allow violence in the inner city neighborhoods and think that somehow you are being non-judgmental by giving them stuff like free cell phones? Let's not deal with the violence issue, lets just give them more stuff.  How is giving a fish a day more compassionate than getting them jobs and teaching them how to fish to sustain themselves?
4.  We have NOT been lied to by big corporations, we have not been bought by the Koch brothers. We think for ourselves and know that spending money we don't have is not fiscally responsible. No we did not balance the budget on the backs of the middle class, the Doyle budget was already destroying the middle class. We want responsible spending, not austerity measures (which will happen if spending isn't gotten under control).
5.  We are NOT terrorists for not allowing the President to raise the debt ceiling, we are not Nazis for taking control over corrupt unions,  and we are not fascists for cleaning up the fraud, waste and abuse in government.
6.  Death threats are illegal, and we are NOT afraid to stand up to bullies (Mitt Romney is NOT a bully, nor is Scott Walker). Scott Walker stood up to the union thugs and we had his back. Recall that!
7.  Voter ID is NOT suppression, and the investigation into Eric Holder is not a witch hunt because he is trying to stop Voter ID. The election process is a sacred trust, and by not allowing the people to ensure its purity is nothing short of criminal.  There is no concerted effort to disenfranchise anyone (except the dead), in fact, voter ID will have the opposite effect by making sure that everyone is allowed only one vote.
8.  There is NO conservative "war on women". Where in the world did you get this ludicrous idea? Birth control/abortion is not a right (I will change my mind if you can find those words in the Constitution). We are not anti-abortion...we are pro-life.  We have been accused of caring only for the baby, but guess what, again, you are completely wrong; we care about both parties, mother and baby, we just don't think taking the life of either is acceptable.
9.  If you have voluntarily become a dependent on government, don't complain when they change what they decide to give you. It is NOT your money to begin with, it is not owed to you for any reason, and taxpayers like a little thanks from time to time. Just because you want free health care, doesn't mean it is free. Somebody has to pay for it, and if it is not you......then who?
10. Justice ceases to be justice when it is NOT applied blindly and equally. Forcing every newly passed piece of legislation through the courts is not justice. And refusing to acknowledge the wrong doing of one party and blindly hate the other party for doing the same things is not just. Either stop pointing fingers or start holding your own party to the same standard.
11. Wall Street is NOT the problem, overreaching government is the problem. We do not need more government, even if that government seems to be compassionate. Prohibition didn't work with alcohol, what makes you think it will work with soda?  We will keep our laws off your body if you keep your laws off my Smith and Wesson.
12.  If you believe that companies need to be forced to provide benefits to their employees, and that employees need to unionize to get respect from their managers, you are most likely a Walker hater. But if you think that business owners are also humans and that they already respect their employees; if you think employers bargain for a fair wage through negotiations with each employee, and if you think the free market is the answer to today's economy , then you probably stand with Walker . The free market does work, it just needs to be unhindered by all the government regulations that are supposedly for the benefit of society.

On a more personal note, I understand that the poor tend to live in run down neighborhoods, and can't afford to fix up their homes, but do you have to do further damage? Do you think that by vandalizing and destroying your own stuff will make us want to give you more? I do not get it, you demand we take care of you and give you everything you want and then you trash what was given to you, do you really think we want to keep giving you more? Oh and statistically, the poor in America are the richest poor in the world, in some countries you would be on par with their middle class.  Maybe be a little appreciative from time to time.

The Constitution is under attack!

We face a grave crisis. Not just as a nation, but also as a people. Quietly, without fanfare nor debate, the cornerstones of our freedom are being stolen away by both Obama and the establishment. The watchdogs, the press and media, are being very quiet, passive, and toothless to stand up and speak.
Part of the problem exists in our own stupidity as long as it does not directly step on our toes nor slap in the face , it’s OK. The demons in DC, only work publicly with partisan flare for our benefit. But in those dark halls, they gleefully stab us in the back, and slip the shackles of a feudal bondage led by Obama. So yes, slavery is back and alive and well, with a stooge, willing dogs, all for the powers to be.
We’ll start with warrant less searches. Just as the Supreme Court here allows GPS usage as not violating your privacy rights, so now the 7th Circuit Court has rules a cellphone search of your records to obtain your numbers is allowable. In Michigan, the police can download your private info at a traffic stop. These searches are A-OK in both California and Florida. But in Ohio, they cannot. As Judge Michael Posner has written, “ Now with the touch of a button, your cell phone is entry to a full house search”.
“its like a diary. As police can open yours to copy addresses, they now can turn yours on to learn its owners numbers. But yet cannot yet examine your letters (texts) in your phone. “
They key word here is YET.
It seems non-intrusive enough, to bypass a warrant, but Obama and Congress refuses to act on this invasion of your privacy.
The next hidden stripping of your rights that DC loves and Obama gleefully signed is this beast. This unconstitutional act is known as the The Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act. It allows the government to designate any place they decide where is it is a place whether Free Speech or Association is not allowed and therefore illegal. The powers to be (which covers all areas ---down to local city/county level) decide what is legal based on the 100% content of the parties usage. So Obama, Or John Boehner, even dimwit Debbie Wasserman decide if your constitutional right to exercise your grievances shall be allowed!
Even thought that right is framed in the Constitution, the 1st Amendment is tossed aside and into the trash, as THEY do not care for your disagreements, an as such can be used to brand a citizen a terrorist! So any one who gathers and expresses your rights can and will be arrested, down to prosecution under the fullest extent of the law. So if you wish to do so, that right is a very empty right.
Now this abomination passed by BOTH the House and Senate with only 3 (THREE) dissenting votes, and Obama signed it quickly also. Justin Amish (R-MI) says “ This bill expands the law to make it a crime to enter or remain in vicinity any place an official is visiting even if an innocent party does not know it’s illegal nor has a reason to know if that place is covered. Criminalizing 1st Amendment activity violates freely our rights. So entering anyplace covered on official business or functions stifles our freedoms fully an act of National (or governmental) importance is jail for you!
So as Amendments continued to be added to it be both very worried and angry!
The next Obama act subtly snatched is your right to due process under the law is, is your unimpeded ability to travel freely that was passed and signed in May. “The Transportation Research and Innovative Technology Act of 2012 . “ Inserted deep into this law, like the NDAA of 2011 (regardless of the signing statement ), has a wicked Trojan horse that is a fool you wording statement. Section 40304 allows the IRS power to revoke your passport!
How?
You have back taxes due (or fines)! Levied by an unknown party that decides you are in serious debt to the government, and the Commissioner of the IRS will uphold that decision, whether rightly or wrongly made. So no Judge, no Court, no Jury, nothing is given to given defend yourself. And in a quick stroke, your citizenship revoked!
Do they have the right? Can through claimed back taxes or fines that we the unrepresented give them the right to do so? Taxes with our representation? Does this allow taking away your natural rights?
It seems so now, making freedom an illusion only given by paying the claimed by them taxes due. So does that freedom a Government given illusion to make us believe we are more than true slaves to them, no more than human chattel to their bondage.
Does this mean we will now serve unconditionally in a vastly expanded debtors prison, then bow before the faceless to regain any standing? What it is, in fact, a “Bill of Attainder” which is in not in its part and whole what the Revolution was fought for!
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 9 of the Constitution FORBIDS it! Not without a LEGAL conviction of fraud or evasion. Nor without a judicial judgement either. UNCONSTITUTIONAL and wholly illegal to even try anyone for it!
Not that Habeus Corpus matters to those folks in the White House or in Congress, it seems. So again, Obama and his fawning underlings expand Executive Power without a peep from Congress. Your rights are surrendered. Your are guilty without charge. You have no rights!. And so quickly the true enemies of the people smile, tell you lies, laugh, and pocket our freedoms quietly.

And, as of March 22 of this year, the Justice Dept. under orders from the Executive (again Obama) are to retain all info on US citizens, even if you have no ties nor connection to terrorism or a group engaging in such. This allows more faceless people to take and hold that info for at least 5 years, instead of being destroyed immediately, if no evidence is found you are engaging in terrorist activity. And as Atty. General Holder (he is of Fast and Furious fame, perjury charges pending) can also share your info with other agencies.
“A number of different agencies looked at issues to be comfortable with protecting the country” an unnamed official states. This info varies from visas and travel records on every traveler, permanent residents, and even US citizens that will be used by anyone, including the FBI. From the 2004 Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act every Federal agency (over 30 so far) you are scrutinized! “ We don’t want an important piece of any info hidden in some back hidden filing cabinet”, states Mike Rogers (R-MI).
These words “tangible things” and “relevant” go far beyond the law as no one is absolutely sure what they are, beyond Obama again and his allied establishment. And every day it gets more dangerous for all Americans.
As we go through primary season up to the November elections, we must act NOW! It starts with replacing every one in Congress up for election and their god Obama. We must end our submission to DC and its denizens and purveyors of bad government. Allowing a dictator to remain in OUR house is worse that doing nothing. In November, they ALL are term limited with recourse and regain our well earned freedom while we can or else! This goes without any explanation.
It is time to act NOW!

What honor looks like: The flash mob at Gate 38 of Reagan National Airport

Honor is a hard term to describe. It doesn’t have a color or weight or shape. If someone were to ask me what honor looked like, I’d probably struggle with what to say.
But something happened on May 23, 2012 at 9:31 a.m. at Gate 38 of Reagan National Airport that might change that.  A flash mob of sorts broke out. But not like you’ve seen on YouTube with highly choreographed dance numbers or people singing a song in unison.  In fact, virtually all of the participants of this “flash mob” didn’t know they would be participating until moments before it happened.
Let me explain.  Shortly before 9:30 over the loud speakers, a US Airways gate attendant announced that an Honor Flight of World War II veterans would be arriving momentarily and encouraged anyone passing by to help greet them.  Five or six people looked like they were officially part of the welcoming committee, and the rest of the people in the secure section of the airport were regular old travelers going somewhere.  Then I had a terrible thought.  What if these veterans came off the plane and just those five or six individuals were there to greet them.  I walked a gate over to help see the veterans out.
But – then it happened and frankly, I wasn’t expecting it.  All throughout the terminal, people left their gates and gathered around gate 38.  A few active military personnel in plain clothes approached the gate attendant and politely asked if they could  join in the salute within the jet way as the heros first stepped off the plane.  Every human being in the terminal stood at attention and faced the door.
Someone held up an old newspaper from 1945 that had a banner headline that said, “Nazis Quit!”  And when I saw that newspaper, I realized that World War II wasn’t just a chapter in a history book.  It was men and women who saw an evil like the world has never seen before and traveled across the world to meet that evil.  And they defeated it.
I wonder if in 1945, any of those brave soldiers could ever imagine that 67 years later, we’d still be basking in the freedom that they preserved.  And some of those heros were about to walk through Gate 38.
The first soldier walked through the door.  Old, frail and needing help walking.  And every person I could see in the entire airport stood and applauded.  No – maybe cheered is more like it.
But here’s the thing – the applause didn’t stop.  For a full 20 minutes, as veteran by veteran stepped out of the jet way, the US Airways wing of Reagan National Airport thundered in appreciation.  Travelers stepped out for the opportunity to shake their hand while others held back tears.
This is the America we picture in our heads.  Heros getting a hero’s welcome and those who enjoy the freedom adequately conveying their gratitude.
Now, I know what honor looks like.
