Dictatorship comes to America

When Barack Obama stole the election on November 6th 2012, America lost more than just the White House.  We actually lost everything else.

Bear with me as I walk through an elementary civic lesson. The leader of the country, the president, is charged with enforcing the laws that are written by the legislature. The Supreme Court is charged with reviewing the laws to ensure they are not violating the supreme law of the the land, the US Constitution. Over the past 4 years we have seen Barack Obama, as president, refuse to enforce laws he is charged with enforcing (i.e. patrolling the Mexican border).  And when the governor of AZ takes on the task the Obama administration refused to do, they are sued by the Justice Department. And when the Affordable Care Act was declared unconstitutional by a federal district court judge, Barack Obama ignored the ruling and continued with the implementation.

And now the icing on the cake has been done. Barack Obama has, through fraud and intimidation, stolen the presidential election.  He has just declared to the nations of the world, that there is no longer any rule of law in America.  When the ruler charged with enforcing the law, breaks the very laws he is supposed to be enforcing, then the whole of the law is undone.  There is no longer any laws, only the will and whim of Barack Obama.  He cannot be held to account by any laws, because he simply refuses to follow any law.

Impeachment is being bandied about, but with what Obama has done, this is a laughable idea. If there is no law, if the president does not recognize the law, then any law that the Legislature may pass does not have any force of law behind it because the agency designated to enforce the law will not enforce the very law it is supposed to enforce. After all is said and done, Barack Obama is now the dictator that he has always wanted to be.

There is no system to work within any longer,  there is no power in any of the other two branches of the federal government. There is only the tyranny of the presidency.  Our only hope to save the nation is to revolt against the federal government, or rather the despotism of the president.  Anyone who claims that we need to take secession off the table is playing into the hands of the imperial presidency. There is no power in working through the system, when the president refuses to follow those same laws.

We the people have only one option left on the table, I know it is not popular,  and I have heard the whole, "a house divided cannot stand," argument. But as most of you realize, there comes a day when the Declaration of Independence makes it obvious that there is no other choice than to stand up to the bully and declare our independence from his tyranny. 

Really. Whose Fault is it Anyway?

The day the Democrats took over was not January 22nd, 2009 it was actually January 3rd, 2007, the day the Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress.

The Democratic Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995. For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy that everything is "Bush's Fault", think about this: January 3rd, 2007, the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the Congress:
The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77
The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%
The Unemployment rate was 4.6%
George Bush's Economic policies SET A RECORD of 52 STRAIGHT MONTHS of JOB CREATION!

Remember that day...
January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee.
The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy?

BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!
THANK YOU DEMOCRATS (especially Barney) for taking us from 13,000 DOW, 3.5 GDP and 4.6% Unemployment...to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping 5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOS!

BTW: Bush asked Congress 17 TIMES to stop Fannie & Freddie -starting in 2001 because it was financially risky for the US economy. Barney blocked it and called it a "Chicken Little Philosophy" (and the sky did fall!)

And who took the THIRD highest pay-off from Fannie Mae AND Freddie Mac?

And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie?
OBAMA and the Democrat Congress, especially BARNEY!!!!

So when someone tries to blame Bush......

REMEMBER JANUARY 3rd, 2007.... THE DAY THE DEMOCRATS TOOK OVER!

Bush may have been in the car but the Democrats were in charge of the gas pedal and steering wheel they were driving the economy into the ditch.
Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress, and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party.
Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 & 2011.

In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.

For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budget.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.
Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period:
If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.

If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is "I inherited a deficit that I voted for,
And then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th."
There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on!

How to fix Congress, we need it now more than ever!

THIS IS HOW YOU FIX CONGRESS!

I know it's been around before but someone might have missed it, so please send it out again. We really need some action!!!

Warren Buffett, in a recent interview with CNBC, offers one of the best quotes about the debt ceiling:

"I could end the deficit in 5 minutes," he told CNBC. "You just pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re-election."

The 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds) took only 3 months & 8 days to be ratified! Why? Simple! The people demanded it. That was in 1971 - before computers, e-mail, cell phones, etc.

Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven (7) took one (1) year or less to become the law of the land - all because of public pressure. We are asking each addressee to forward this email to a minimum of twenty people on their address list; in turn ask each of those to do likewise.

In three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message. This is one idea that really should be passed around.

"CONGRESSIONAL REFORM ACT OF 2012"
It should have been done in 2011 but wasn't!

1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office.

2. Social Security. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.

3. Retirement Plan. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.

4. Pay Raises: Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

5. Healthcare: Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.

6. Law of the Land. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.

7. Past & Present Contracts. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void effective 1/1/12. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women.

Congressmen/women made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people then it will only take three days for most people (in the U.S.) to receive the message. Don't you think it's time? THIS IS HOW YOU FIX CONGRESS!

A thoughtful argument against nationalized healthcare

PELOSI/REID/OBAMACARE: THE REALITY

1. It is Unconstitutional (ILLEGAL) and Anti-constitutional (ANTI-AMERICAN)

A. Article 6 of the United States Constitution states that all of the members of BOTH houses of Congress “be bound by oath or affirmation” to support the Constitution. A PRINCIPLED member of Congress would feel duty bound to vote against any proposed legislation that violated that sacred oath or affirmation. Three Clauses in the Constitution are IMPROPERLY cited by proponents of the Nationalization of Health Care as granting the Congress the right to Nationalize Health Care.

1. The “General Welfare Clause” - This clause gives Congress the power “To lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts, and excises, to pay debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.”
This clause is NOT a grant of Power to Congress. It is a LIMIT to a power given to Congress: It LIMITS the purpose for which Congress can lay and collect Taxes.

2. The “Necessary and Proper” Clause " gives Congress the power “to make all laws necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States.” Like the General Welfare Clause, this clause was not a stand alone grant of power to Congress. Rather it authorizes Congress to make laws that are necessary (and also proper) to make other grants of authority in Article 1 effectual. So the Necessary and Proper clause cannot itself authorize national public health insurance. One would have to show that national public health insurance is necessary and proper to execute some other power granted in the Constitution.

3. “The Commerce Clause” " gives Congress the power to “ regulate commerce…among the states.” It was designed to prevent some states from taxing goods that passed through their boundaries on the way to
market. To Create and Engage in Commerce (National Health Insurance) is NOT the same thing as regulating commerce.

B. It is Anti-Constitutional. Obamacare’s passage would guarantee the eventual destruction of all important Guarantees of individual Liberty and Limited Government made by the Constitution.

2. It is IMMORAL for one group of citizens to abolish the rights and liberties of fellow Human Beings who have violated no law.
3. It is an act of THEFT from our Children of the labor they will be performing for their families and their country. It is the selling of our children into partial slavery. It insures that each child born in America will have an enormous debt to pay for substandard services they did not request.
4. It STEALS our children’s precious freedom to make basic decisions about the well- being of their bodies and minds and gives these stolen powers to government bureaucrats. It promotes the creation of more bureaucrats.
5. It ASSIGNS to the State the power of life and death over citizens who have committed no crime.
6. It is DESTRUCTIVE to the basic work of the Health Care Professional whose sole ethical responsibility must be to the Patient, a principle encapsulated in the Hippocratic Oath.
7. It DESTROYS incentive for independent and corporate scientific investigation into Human health and disease.
8. It proposes Government SEIZURE of the property of health care professionals.
9. The process of its coming to a vote is CONTEMPTUOUS of US Citizens and their elected representatives.
10. Proponents make outrageous statements about cutting the cost of Government “health care” by eliminating “fraud, waste, and abuse.” They claim to be able to do this so massively and so easily that their program will cost essentially NOTHING. This contrasts with figures prepared by economists projecting a cost of $1-2 Trillion Dollars. When Medicaid was first proposed its increasing annual cost to the Taxpayers was estimated to be 1/9 of the actual eventual annual cost.
11. Proponents deny the existence of Death Panels in their plans. Health costs cannot possibly be contained other than through rationing and rationing means allowing bureaucrats to place differing values on different people’s lives according to age, overall health, etc. These decisions will result in the earlier deaths of some people than would otherwise have occurred. If this cannot be called a Death Panel then what could be?
12. Proponents are attempting to collectivize Doctors. In 1930’s in Russia Stalin essentially declared that the Soviet agriculture system was ‘broken’ and therefore had to be placed under central government control. A famine with 10 million Russian deaths ensued. Proponents are attempting to declare government OWNERSHIP of Doctors including to authority to CONTROL them in every possible way.
13. Despite proposing to OWN Doctors as Government SLAVES proponents emphasize that Doctors could STILL BE SUED for unlimited damages.
14. The architect of Obamacare is Ezekiel Emanuel, a so called Bioethicist who believes that the Hippocratic Oath is the CAUSE of America's "broken" Health Care System! He recommends that physicians renounce the oath in favor of a commitment to "Society."
15. Nowhere in the Constitution is it suggested that Government is allowed to order its Citizens to purchase something.
16. Congressional Proponents want nothing to do with government healthcare for themselves and their families yet they want it to be forced on Americans who they know do not want it."

Debates, Debates, Debates, do we know anything?

So this has been a week of many congressional debates. This is the time of the election season when the electorate gets to see and hear exactly what the candidates stand for without the media's spin cycle.

In Nevada, Harry Reid looked like an skeleton with nothing new to say. So Harry tell me what is so wrong with "privatizing" many of the national programs that you Congress has proven they can't run? And still, the old line, we could save millions if we got rid of all the waste; so do it already! All talk and no action that is what the liberals dems are all about, that and getting rich on the public's dime. Harry must have been a damn good lawyer to make so much money so quickly, but of course, his bogus land deals had nothing whatsoever to do with his making millions, all while on a "fixed income". Come on Harry, do you really think anyone is buying what you are selling? Keep up the good fight Sharon Angle.

In Delaware, Coons had to go all the way back to 1973 to find a Supreme Court Case that he thought O'Donnell would object to. And then he got the actual decision wrong, the case was not specifically about abortion, but about states having the right to make their own decisions about abortion, very similar to the health care litigation that states are pushing through the courts right now. And if you gave money to a campaign, would you want the opposition to know that? Is that right? What is to stop the opposition candidate from harassing the other sides supporters? We all know the so-called "tolerant" Dems are not above doing just that, look at all the hate mail that conservative talk shows get from these "tolerant" liberals.

And although the race is not for the senate, I loved it when Jerry Brown had no idea how a job is created. So, he is right now in Congress writing "job creation" legislation and he has no idea how jobs are created? What a bunch of wieners, and whiners, they all need to go back home and face the people they screwed while they were in D.C. Maybe that is the main reason they don't want to go home.

As a small afterthought, wouldn't it be great if the first act the new Congress takes is to order an investigation of every member of the past congress to find any wrong doing on their parts, you know like extortion, bribery, misappropriation of funds, hiring illegals, tax fraud, insider trading, ponzi schemes, etc (the list is too long to be exhaustive), and then put every one of them on trial.

If we let these criminals get away with this, it will be our own fault, we have no one to blame but ourselves. Just because they write the laws, doesn't mean they get to break them willy-nilly. They need to be held accountable.

— NBC’s Chuck Todd on the July 16 Today asking President Obama about his bypassing the Senate to install the pro-redistribution/pro-rationing Berwick as the new administrator of Medicare and Medicaid.

Oh my word!!! This is the most dangerous thing I have ever heard. Our founding fathers set up this government so that no one office could have total power, and now the media is asking if the process is broken. What process are they talking about? The libs are setting up the downfall of Congress? So that they can keep the power they have in the presidency. What next? Oh my Lord, that scares me more than anything they have done so far.

The libs hate the constitution, they won't secure the borders, they let the radical Muslims and blacks off the hook, they are indoctrinating our kids, they are growing the government, they are controlling the media, they have control of the courts, and they have around 40% of the population on the government dole. Eric Holder just announced that the Muslim community is helping in the fight against the threats of terrorism, and they are innocent Muslims. How can he keep his lunch down? Does he understand true Islam? And he calls the tea party followers terrorists?

We are being set up for despotism, with the Kenyan-born Illegal Obama being the intractable president, that cannot be voted out. What else will they try to control the population and hold onto their power? I will not stand by and let the libs tell me how to live my life. I am an American, not an Amerikan.
