Dictatorship comes to America

When Barack Obama stole the election on November 6th 2012, America lost more than just the White House.  We actually lost everything else.

Bear with me as I walk through an elementary civic lesson. The leader of the country, the president, is charged with enforcing the laws that are written by the legislature. The Supreme Court is charged with reviewing the laws to ensure they are not violating the supreme law of the the land, the US Constitution. Over the past 4 years we have seen Barack Obama, as president, refuse to enforce laws he is charged with enforcing (i.e. patrolling the Mexican border).  And when the governor of AZ takes on the task the Obama administration refused to do, they are sued by the Justice Department. And when the Affordable Care Act was declared unconstitutional by a federal district court judge, Barack Obama ignored the ruling and continued with the implementation.

And now the icing on the cake has been done. Barack Obama has, through fraud and intimidation, stolen the presidential election.  He has just declared to the nations of the world, that there is no longer any rule of law in America.  When the ruler charged with enforcing the law, breaks the very laws he is supposed to be enforcing, then the whole of the law is undone.  There is no longer any laws, only the will and whim of Barack Obama.  He cannot be held to account by any laws, because he simply refuses to follow any law.

Impeachment is being bandied about, but with what Obama has done, this is a laughable idea. If there is no law, if the president does not recognize the law, then any law that the Legislature may pass does not have any force of law behind it because the agency designated to enforce the law will not enforce the very law it is supposed to enforce. After all is said and done, Barack Obama is now the dictator that he has always wanted to be.

There is no system to work within any longer,  there is no power in any of the other two branches of the federal government. There is only the tyranny of the presidency.  Our only hope to save the nation is to revolt against the federal government, or rather the despotism of the president.  Anyone who claims that we need to take secession off the table is playing into the hands of the imperial presidency. There is no power in working through the system, when the president refuses to follow those same laws.

We the people have only one option left on the table, I know it is not popular,  and I have heard the whole, "a house divided cannot stand," argument. But as most of you realize, there comes a day when the Declaration of Independence makes it obvious that there is no other choice than to stand up to the bully and declare our independence from his tyranny. 

Commander-in-Chief?

US Constitution Article 2, Section 2 "The president shall be called Commander-in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States."

Everyone assumes that the President is the Commander-in-Chief by default, just by being the President. But the Constitution is very clear on this point, "when called into the actual service" what this basically says is that only when Congress declares a war is the Commander-in- Chief title bestowed upon the President.

This has been interpreted for centuries to mean that he is the Commander-in-Chief of the militia (the National Guard) when they are called into service. But the punctuation used would actually signify the clause pertaining to the militia as not the object of the subject; the militia clause would be an intervening clause used to modify the subject. Thus attaching the clause " when called into the actual service of the United States." to the subject and making it the direct object.

Okay so what does this mean in real time? Presidents are only called upon to be the Commander-in-Chief during times of military actions. Okay, so one can say that GW Bush became Commander-in-Chief once Congress declared war on Iraq and Afghanistan. But when Obama sent troops into Libya, no war declaration passed through Congress, thus Obama has not been appointed as the Commander-in-Chief of the military by Congress.

This also means that during times of peace, the Army and Navy are under the command of their Joint Chief within the Department of Defense, the militia under the command of their governor. The Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard fall under either the Army or the Navy for purposes of this clause. So how do we reconcile the command structure then? This means that during peace the president has only indirect command over the armed forces, through the Secretary of Defense. Each branch answers to the Joint Chief and decisions are made independently of the other branches. The Army doesn't need to answer to the Navy during peace-time, they can and usually do coordinate their efforts, but it is not mandatory. The Constitution made sure to recognize that they are individual branches, and not one branch of the same military.

It is only during military action that the Commander-in-Chief is called into duty to coordinate the actions of all branches of the military to achieve the military objective. Okay, lets address the whole Leon Panetta idea, that the US military is an arm of the UN.

Leon Panetta is the Secretary of Defense, he does have direct command over the armed forces, through each branch's Joint Chief. However, the US Constitution, Article 1 Section 8, better known as the war powers clause, gives all power over the military to the Congress. "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense....to raise and support armies....to provide and maintain a navy; to make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces; to provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions."

So although Secretary Panetta has command over the armed forces, he does NOT have control over them. The founders specifically gave that control to Congress. Mr Panetta has no authority to order the troops into any kind of military action without authorization (and yes permission) of the US Congress. The United Nations has not one scrap of authority over our military. So for Mr Panetta to say, "You know, our goal would be to seek international permission. And we would come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this, whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress." is another direct usurpation of power by the office of the President.

I am left to wonder whether our President is really the Constitutional expert that his law degree would seem to signify. If I, a simple lay person, can read the Constitution and apply simple logic to it, then why do we need experts to tell us what we know in our hearts is NOT there. So a direct reading of the Constitution would have us conclude that President Obama is in violation of the US Constitution Article 1 Section 8 by his action in Libya. And as H. Con Res 107 states, would be "an impeachable high crime or misdemeanor under US Constitution Article 2 Section 4" when applied to the Leon Panetta action concerning Syria.

The US Constitution is very clear on this, the President does not have control over the military until such time as Congress calls him/her to become the Commander-in-Chief.

WHERE ARE THE OBAMA GIRLFRIENDS? I hadn't thought about this - but where are Obama's past girlfriends surely he had at least one? No past girl friends popping up anywhere? Strange - strange to the point of being downright weird! OK, this is just plain old common sense, no political agendas for either side. Just common knowledge for citizens of a country, especially American citizens, who know every little tidbit about every other president (and their wives) that even know that Andrew Jackson's wife smoked a corn cob pipe and was accused of adultery, or that Lincoln never went to school or Kennedy wore a back brace, or Truman played the piano. We are Americans!

Our media vets these things out! We are known for our humanitarian interests and caring for our 'fellow man.' We care, but none of us know one single humanizing fact about the history of our own president. Honestly, and this is a personal thing... but it's bugged me for years that no one who ever dated him ever showed up. Taken his charisma, which caused the women to be drawn to him so obviously during his campaign, looks like some lady would not have missed the opportunity. We all know about JFK's magnetism, McCain was no monk, Palin's courtship and even her athletic prowess were probed. Biden's aneurysms are no secret. Look at Cheney and Clinton- we all know about their heart problems. How could I have left out Wild Bill before or during the White House? Nope... not one lady has stepped up and said, "He was soooo shy," or "What a great dancer!"

Now look at the rest of what we know... no classmates, not even the recorder for the Columbia class notes ever heard of him. Who was the best man at his wedding? Start there. Check for groomsmen. Then get the footage of the graduation ceremony.Has anyone talked to the professors? Isn't it odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or lived with him. When did he meet Michele and how? Are there photos? Every president provides the public with all their photos, etc. for their library. What has he released? Nada - other than what was in this so-called biography! And experts who study writing styles etc. claim it was not O's own words or typical of his speech patterns, etc.

Does this make any of you wonder? Ever wonder why no one ever came forward from Obama's past, saying they knew him, attended school with him, was his friend, etc? Not one person has ever come forward from his past. This should really be a cause for great concern.

Did you see the movie titled, The Manchurian Candidate? Let's face it. As insignificant as we all are... someone whom we went to school with remembers our name or face... someone remembers we were the clown or the dork or the brain or the quiet one or the bully or something about us.

George Stephanopoulos, ABC News said the same thing during the 2008 campaign. Even George questions why no one has acknowledged that the president was in their classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu speeches on campus. Stephanopoulos was a classmate of Obama at Columbia-class of 1984. He says he never had a single class with him. Since he is such a great orator, why doesn't anyone in Obama's college class remember him? And, why won't he allow Columbia to release his records? Do you like millions of others, simply assume all this is explainable - even though no one can?

NOBODY REMEMBERS OBAMA AT COLUMBIA. Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but not one remembers him. For example,Wayne Allyn Root was (like Obama) a political science major at Columbia , who graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me. I don't have a single classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia ... EVER! Nobody recalls him. Root adds that he was, "Class of '83 political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that.. Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him." At our 20th class reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of Barack!

And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York , 'the macha' who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him." Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook, and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia , provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia . How can this be? NOTE: Wayne Allyn Root can easily be verified. He graduated valedictorian from his high school, Thornton- Donovan School , then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major in the same '83 class in which Barack Hussein Obama states he was. Some other interesting questions.

Why was Obama's law license inactivated in 2002? Why was Michelle's law license inactivated by court order? According to the U.S. Census, there is only one Barack Obama - but 27 Social Security numbers and over 80 aliases.. WHAT!? The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut where he is never reported to have lived. No wonder all his records are sealed! Please continue sending this out to everyone. Somewhere, someone had to know him in school... before he "reorganized" Chicago and burst upon the scene at the 2004 Democratic Convention and made us swoon with his charm, poise, and speaking pizzazz.

One of the biggest CONS this country has ever seen, and getting away with it. This is scary on many levels! He's the most dishonest deceiving liar to ever darken the White House,,,,,,,,,borrowed, original author unknown.

We conservatives need to stop allowing the left to determine who our candidate will be, we need to stop believing that the "perfect" candidate is out there and start supporting the candidates we have. Shame on you for allowing the left to use baseless allegations and slander to derail a campaign, we need to realize that we are all humans, and there is no one that is perfect and start defending him (and all our candidates) and stop throwing them to the wolves when the left gets the urge to smear them. One more thing, the dems are quick to defend their own, but we are even quicker to throw our candidates under the bus; which side would you rather be on? You conservatives who are ready to drop Herman Cain, SHAME ON YOU, grow a pair and start learning how to defend conservativism.

Did you take the oath?

I took an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic when I joined the service, there is no statute of limitations on that oath, even if the enemy is our commander in chief. Everyone who took that oath before serving this country needs to remember it on November 2nd.
